Since her studies at the Royal College of Art (2001-04) Bendavid has been developing ceremonial serving dishes for special occasions. Here she combines thrown, slab-built, coiled and pulled components to create luxurious pieces. The lush colourful glazes are intended to add to a sense of plenty and generousity.
